People microwaving all wrong. Mr Wizard taught me to put your plate off center on the edges on the turntable of the microwave. Most people place it in the center but the heat is coming from the sides. Microwaves have hot and cold spots and the waves bouncing off allow the plate to hit more of the hot spots when it's near the edges.

I personally know folks that have flipped the script.
There are also a few Niketalkers that changed their tunes. I won't tag them to keep the peace though. Check this thread though.

i have seen reeves in interviews/talks online, i'm sure he well intentioned...while it is difficult to argue against the call for men to be 'better' men, even with the understanding that women generally are the sexual selectors, he and most others that speak similarly on topics in this arena rarely ask women to be 'better women.'
it is just assumed/presumed that because women have more agency, arguably are more capable, have more education, and are better 'earners' now than the generation(s) of women that preceded them, that women are automatically better women and maybe that is true from a human potential/societal perspective (
could be debated tho) but it almost never the case that anyone actually asks the men 
but given the history I guess that is road that has already been tread down

while i can see what you are saying...men & women are different & generally have different expectations so in this context gender not only matters, it is the whole point
people will give very tangible bulletpoints for what men should be/bring/have but often when it comes to women, other than birthing children, it usually is a lot of intangibles/unquantifiables/vagueness on an individual level, folk have to figure out what works for them, obviously but the egalitarianism that many espouse & extoll hasn't really been embraced but more begrudgingly tolerated for different reasons by the respective genders
