the thread about nothing...

These Gen Z kids need to step out the house instead of being online

This girl looks like most girls you would find at the mall on a weekend
I've seen some working at fast food spots too, lol.

Edit: I had 3 slabs of carne asada, 3 tortillas, side of my dad's freshly made guacamole and some spicy *** salsa today. I'm gonna chill and switch to chicken for a few days now

I've seen this sentiment a lot over the last couple of months. The biggest reason work from home went away is because the market tightened and we are no longer in a zero interest rate environmental the cost of capital is higher.

During the pandemic I saw data showing that people who work from home were just as, if not more, productive than those in the office. It's not like being in an office automatically makes you more productive. Even pre-pandemic, there was data suggesting that the average office worker was only productive for around 3 hours per day.

IMO another underrated factor behind how workers fumbled WFH is that people who were in cushy, high paying, low stress jobs kept bragging about it.

Maybe it's just my corner of social media but I can't count the number of times I saw posts and social media videos where people were bragging about making $250K and only working 3-4 hours per day.

People couldn't just get over on their employer, they had to brag about it as well. 😂
