First of all who is cooking your chicken to where it's so dry you need mayo of all things? Second of all how do you jump from no mayo must make it dry...such a ridiculous question I don't even want to answer
With the exception of CFA mayo is MANDATORY on a chicken sandwich. Sometimes I feel like the mayo hate is a bandwagon. Just like people saying pistachio ice cream is bad.
Im not a big condiment person tbh. I used to when I was younger but now, If I'm making like ham and cheese a sandwich at the crib, its just a thin layer of mayo on both pieces of bread to keep it from being too dry. Same thing with burgers at home.i’m not particularly a mayo fan so i get that it’s not everyone’s thing yeen putting anything (ketchup, bbq, hot sauce, vinaigrette, oil, mustaaaaard) on your sammiches
