"Buddy" is reserved for referring to people of questionable character in the third person. "I came here with those two. I don't know Buddy..."

I mean, there are thousands of electric cars out there and even people in cold weather areas seem to be doing fine.
The Cybertruckkk is just such a bad vehicle.
Research has EV efficiency and effectiveness being affected by cold weather.

“It is not breaking news that EVs struggle some during cold weather. I wrote in Forbes two years ago that, ‘During colder temperatures, EV batteries do not charge as fast, are less efficient, and will be more affected by electric functions within the car like heating, regenerative braking or seat warming.’”

“When the temperature is cold, charging capacity and EV range are affected. Anyone who buys an EV and does not understand this did not do their homework. By the way, your cellphone probably suffers, too, in cold weather.”

I used that article because it tries to point out the counter argument/positives of EVs in cold weather, but the argument is mainly isolated to topographical reasons or abnormally warm winter patterns which aren’t dependable factors in most cold weather places.
