Idc what anybody says that **** is horrible for you. I notice a difference for sure in my lungs.

I got those nicotine lozenges from Walgreens. Maybe use like 5 a day.

Nah not zyn, I’ve used those too. They hit you harder at first than the Walgreens nicotine lozenge but if you’re a heavy user you’ll go through them like crazy.

The Walgreens ones last like an hour and aren’t that strong but I think that’s the point since it’s supposed to be a means to an end.

You just ask the cashier for them. They are by the cigs and chew.

Even when it was my job to cook I never took temps on burgers.

It’s not a steak and these thin pattys only come mid well. I’m not cooking you a rare or well done burger. That’s gross. I just cook it until it’s done.
