Called the cops to ask about the legality of flashing and/or firing my alarm revolver if my nutjob neighbor comes threatening me again.
The person on the line said it is technically legal but added that I shouldn't because they might come and shoot me if the nutjob or someone else calls in a gun threat lol

if it was, do you think that people would be happy about it? very risky skit for an April Fools Joke. besides, the lack of statement regarding it as a joke makes it more authentic that it is in fact real. and that kinda joke is way worse than the G.I. Jane joke and would deserve a real punch on them both.

Yeah the cop on the phone said that if he shows up at my door again, just call police and tell them specifically that the psycho neighbor is threatening and trying to break in. He said that by adding the breaking in part, cops unfamiliar with my previous calls would give it priority and it doesn't matter whether the breaking in part is a true statement or not

I have 2 phones so I can use 1 to call while recording with the other one.

I would rather do that as well rather than have to shoot someone. in my old homie neighborhood, we were legally allowed to use guns (licensed/unlicensed) if an immediate threat is imminent especially if one steps foot inside one's domain. be it verbal, physical. once an act of aggression starts, it's goodnight to you.

Going to start the process of pressing charges against a old friend who punched me during an argument a few weeks ago. After the incident he kept tweeting about me and the situation has been so bizarre because he won't let it go even tho he started it. Can't lie have been very angry about it since it happened and hoping this brings me more peace

Asked him later if he could pay me back for the rides and he got really angry and was not trying to pay me back. he started talking hella **** and I said a few things back then he punched me in the face. A friend was there with us and tackled/pushed him back from me and he ended up walking back home

Wow man, what a terrible and immature way of treating a friendship that goes way back to childhood I know people fall out of friendship but he’s gone way too far.

He was one of my closest friends and its hard because he have a lot of mutual friends but going to stop hanging out with people that still kick it w him

That is what I did too. Had a fall out with a friend of several years. But we had a lot of mutual friends, so unfortunately I had to disassociate with most if not all of them. Are you from the Bay, which part?
