It's very sad. It’s absolutely insane how some folks will act obnoxious just for a little attention.
You have grown men out here acting like little kids.
Any single guys here starting to notice women for their beautiful eyes? This mask wearing situation has me making serious eye contact instead of only looking at the booty![]()
Pretty much this.I be checking they eyes too but you gotta be careful cause you end up really liking her then she take her mask off and now you got a tragedy
It works...temporarily. Until the next fix.Retail Therapy actually sucks and doesn't work.![]()
On a side note, loaned a co-worker some cash...said he would pay me back next day as he needed it for a haircut. He was off this weekend but haven't received it yet.
Came in to work today with no haircut and didn't speak on it until I brought it up.
I shouldn't be surprised by this kind of stuff anymore. Probably spent it on weed too.
I learned long ago that you never "loan" anyone money and expect to get it back. Friends, family, anyone.
I will quote myself over and over again on this issue. If you only learn one lesson from me, this is it.I tell people time and time again. Do not lend out money but if you must, only lend what you would be willing to give as a gift.
Making assumptions based on the person's personality. People do not operate the same when money is involved.I can understand that perspective. I'd rather lose a bit of money now rather than to find out someone's true colors later down the road. But either way, never more than what I am willing to give as a gift.My philosophy(for lack of a better word) is usually that I'm always willing to help, but I look at it as more of a test. If you can hold your end of the deal, I guess in a sense builds "trust" for me and I'll be willing to help again. But otherwise, it just shows me you can't be counted on.
I've been burned plenty of times, but usually the ones who always repay the favor is close friends and family.
Oh that reminds me...the worst is when someone is asking for money and if you put up any sort of resistance, they bring up that you spend money on something that is considered a "waste" or unimportant. How is someone else telling you how to spend your own money properly? If someone in your circle thinks they are entitled that way, cut them off immediately.Money makes things so sticky and awkward. I hate that. It puts you in a tough spot when someone close asks for money and you don't think they'll pay it back, or if you really don't have much and they think you're just being stingy.
