I think being a masochist would likely hinder someone's gains since it would create more injuries than anything.Being masochist isn't some kind of cheating when it comes to get muscles ? Because if you do enjoy this pain you're barely unstoppable...

I definitely still feel pain when I overload and it's no fun. Brings more of an emotion of anger than joy. Had to take a week off running last month once I felt a little bit of knee pain. Took a day off yesterday as well since I felt like I was overloading.
Strength & conditioning helps tho. I spend 45min every other day focusing on my legs and core to prevent injuries. Also doing little things like cool down runs, stretching after runs, and massaging legs are all part of the game to prevent injuries and pain.
Copped some new runners from the outlet

Good cop. Ran in those for a long while. Only thing I didn't like was how narrow it was (wide footer). But I liked the lockdown and that soft foam a lot.

Unbelievable. 1st they steal someones SUV than try to run from cops & 3rd, cause an accident & ruin others cars as well+hit a cyclist. I would've been just fine with it if they all 4 died...play stupid games win stupid prizes
