I'ld like to have motivation to dry in order to get veins and muscles salient, but I'm lazy in general, especially when it comes to physical efforts ( except for walking, used to walk 6,214 miles per day for the work from monday to friday, but unfortunately I can no longer do this as I have less work of that type, which bores me a lot, love the mouvement...I hope I would condition myself soon as Dwayne is inspiring beyond the amount of muscles but by their aspect, need some cardio body, endurant, but with a better aspect than marathon runners.
A perfect mix between health and vanity.
I feel like black tea helps me, we will see lol
If anybody got advices as food is concern, would be appreciated
I'm mostly about rice and semolina, got to buy again plain yoghurts, I got to drink even more water, and I drink coffee too, no soda, not eating enough vegetables, I want to no longer eat beef but chicken and pork, chicken for both health and taste, pork for taste...
Are you guys using guarana, yerba maté, or things like that ?
