Don't listen to him, he has a personal hate towards anything Northern California.
Not much in Sacramento, IMO. I'd recommend going to Napa or San Diego.

Nice! Average weather should be around the 80s in SoCal. Warmer inland for sure. But if you're relatively near the coast the weather is nice.
