Videos like this only further prove that you don't need to do heavy weight to have a great physique. Looks like maybe 35's (they are in KG came out to 40lbs) for his first set. Never seen overhead dumbbell press together, seems interesting to try out. Never been a fan of military press dating back to weight training back in high school. Gym seems pretty cool you have the people wasting time like in all gyms but doesn't seem super crowded.

Funny Bruce had more reason to dislike O'Hara, he had no reason to dislike him other than he said close my door. I wonder if once the cameras stopped rolling if dude had any hard feelings towards Bruce. I'm sure a couple times during filming this scene Bruce had to really hit him full on.

I always liked the final scene, where he asks him what does it take to change the essence of a man. Sucks how the entire fight before is ruined when I got older to find out Seagal has basically no martial arts experience.
