He was the shop owner's right hand man. Owner wanted to lessen his ownership risk and they opened a new shop together which I'm happy for both of them. I'll prob stick with my guy. Doing the trial-and-error with my fade with some stranger might be daunting

If you look on Yelp and see these restaurants with one or two stars manage to stick around for years and years, it is a pretty clear sign.

Well my point is an establishment with under 3 stars is likely to be used to funnel something else. Otherwise they would be more proactive in trying to maintain a higher standard.
