This is what happened. It was night time, so it was dark. I was wearing light grey hood, so I should've been somewhat visible. This was in a residential area and there were no stop lights.
I walked to the curb, and I looked to my left at the two vehicles that were at the stop sign.
I saw the first vehicle going straight, so I proceeded by crossing the street.
I kept walking looking straight ahead. Then as I was more than halfway across, in the corner of my eye I saw the truck heading straight towards me!
The driver turned into the wrong part of the street, he/she should've went behind me. Truck did not appear to slow down so I swerved and leaped to get out of it's way.

It was a close call. Need to be more careful, look in as many directions at all times, and get some glow in the dark or reflective gear.
