not religious but both posts are insightful to me
actually just sent them to my girl. we were just talking about the other day.
she's going through it right now and i basically told her the same thing your 2nd post is saying
No sweat fam.
Just continue to be supportive. Keep her busy if you can. And, always encourage positive thoughts and conversations.
Sometimes, taking a break from thinking about those things can be helpful, too.

Watched Vice yesterday about how soldiers with PTSD are using MDMA therapy to help them. It was actually really relate-able, especially to the journalist that thinks he has PTSD from being in war zones reporting for 13 years. He talks about how he basically feels nothing. That he has seen people die, get shot, starve etc. and he comes home and he can't FEEL anything. And on a small scale i get that (personally i have been told a lot that i lack emotion). But it was really cool that the science seems to be showing that MDMA can actually help the receptors in the parts of the brain that are responsible for emotional reactions.
