it's the best way. get your metabolism moving first thing in the morning.
if you are dizzy though it might mean that you need to eat before cause chances are your body has been fasting from your night's sleep....or you could just be really out of shape
but keep it up man. soon your body will get used to it and will look forward to it in the morning.

i get up at 5 to workout about 5-6 days a week and i've been doing it so long my body feels lazy and sluggish if i don't workout in the morning

Props. Im about to start doing this. I need a damn change in my life!

Was trimming my facial hair and accidentally put a patch in my goatee. Considering shaving my face altogether smh.
