Officially passed the 50 pound mark on my weight loss journey :nthat:. Started off at 209.
I honestly don't even recognize myself when looking at old photos and videos.
I've tried and quit so many times before, glad I stuck it out. To anyone else on a similar grind, keep pushing through! It's unbelievably worth it and I'm always down to provide support for y'all if you need it.

Started back in May and really just focused on daily exercise and eating clean. I did at-home vide workouts and was pretty strict with my nutrition. Since this semester has been a mess for me, I haven't been able to workout at all -- so I've just been trying to eat clean. To me, nutrition is everything and is what makes the biggest difference. It's been a long grind though and one I'm still battling with haha.

I'd like to lose about 50 lbs too.
I was following various beach body programs but the main thing for me was portion control based on containers and eating healthier options. I'm vegetarian so lots of fruits, veggies, eggs, lentils, brown rice etc. But there wasn't anything specific I would have to eat on a daily basis, just a certain amount of those containers/food groups based on your height/weight
