PayPal / Mailing question for you guys.

I sold A shirt on Grailed and shipped it overseas some weeks ago . He said he kept missing delivery and they’re sending me back the package but he want me to resend it.

Now if he doesn’t agree to pay shipping again , if he filed a claim will PayPal award him back in full ? And then I’ll be out of shipping anyway

If he kept missing the package why didn't he just leave a note at the door to the mail carrier to have it delivered to a neighbor or put the package in a inconspicuous spot at his crib or even have it delivered to his workplace.

I don't know what is supposed to happen in this situation. But many moons ago, I shipped a package for an eBay sale through USPS Priority Express International. From what I remember the tracking only goes as far as the city of the buyer, it does not show delivery. The buyer filed a claim that item was not received. PayPal asked me to send them my copy of the packing slip, which unfortunately I misplaced. The shipping label was purchased and printed directly from PayPal, and the tracking site showed that it was received by the post office in my zip code. Somehow this was not enough evidence that I send out the package, and I automatically lost the dispute.

Because there’s only there’s only 10 numbers counting zero, there’s 26 letters in the alphabet
