- Turns out UPS actually delivered them. I already talked to all my neighbors. Someone in my building probably jacked the packages.
- Got refund from the shipper -- it was $400 total. No idea how these retailers eat these costs.
- Hope karma comes back to whoever did this.

So UPS delivered the packages to the neighbor across the street.
He just returned them to me today.
