i go to mines every year. we have 2...a fancy one where a lot of people go and a department one held at my boss's house.
i don't necessarily like my co-workers but i like my management so if she's nice enough to open her doors, i go.
plus the food is always on point and the drinks are plentiful .

Yeah, since I'm management. I'm not sure how much I can chill with the employees.
But the training manager is inviting the management team over for drinks and cocktails sometime in December. May just attend that.
