I had a dope vans half cab collection at one point and the OG high cut cabellero. I think I lost a few pairs in the process of moving from one crib to another some of them were rare too smh. Next apartment I'm getting I'm not moving to hell with that. I lost gems. /Rant.

Both are clean imo. Id rock the Half in summer and highs would be fall/winter shoes.

Dude I went to freehold and then Woodbridge mall..and thought I could figure it out without GPS..ended up in Sayreville!!! Had to turn around..I thought rte 9 would take me there..but had to turn around to go to 18 north..the worst

These were super limited and rare. Had them shipped from a small skate shop in Cali when I was in NYC. Soilid shoe very comfortable. The guy who did the designed taka hyashi is amazing.

Slept on these hard. Couldn't get the shop that was selling them in Hawaii to send them over. Only sold in that Hawaii skate shop.

These were General release but the colorway was so fresh bought 2 pairs. had to hunt for the 2nd time I bought them cause I runied my first by using them as work shoes. They super comfortable if you get them in in proper size and once you break them in they don't lose their comfort. Soild shoe. Make sure u get the pro version cause it has a drop in midsole

That bag, the bike seat and of course the shoes are hard.

Gonna have to hunt for these. Been out the Vans loop for a minute now.

Vans material like the leather > any shoe company.

That is a hard fact too. Even Nike cant match their level of detail and quality of shoes.

Bro. Your missing out. Back in 2007-2008 coming out of high school into college I started to develop my vans collection. 2009-2012 it's was light out cause I start to buy from their vault collection. I remember deciding between Jordans and some Nikes. At that time Jordan brand was selling overpriced MSRP retros for with low quality leather and material. I was like wtf I'm not dropping $150-180 for "cheap leather" Jordan kicks. Went to vans vault spent like 80-120 for high grade premium leather quality kicks that lasted me for sometime till I lost them. They we're way more comfortable than my other Nike besides my sneaker boot roshe.

I skated a little bit but I was only because Im into alot of sports. Still a solid shoe. Make sure you check out the Vans vault collection your gonna find gems in that collection.

I was not aware of the hate in California, I haven’t worn them since I was 10 years old my mother used to buy my brother and I one pair at the beginning of the school year they were either slip on‘s or the basic ones for $19.99. do you have any idea what a pair of vans look/feel like After a full school year?

Same. 08-09, 10 was a great time for vans. Plus we had a lot of shops that carried good stuff. DQM, Rivington Club (RIP?), Classic Kicks (RIP), Recon (RIP). I didn’t even buy Jordan’s anymore. That Vault quality had no comparison.
