I know bro, it’s frustrating at times but the check ultimately is what we’re here for...I just care too much at times about the job, they basically told me not to care as much so I won’t get worked up...seems straightforward

Exactly. How could caring too much about a company be a bad thing? That just means you want what's best for it and show interest. That's pretty crazy if they're just like "Yeah... stop caring as much. We want people that don't."

Nah they actually commend me for caring about the job, and I’m like “yea or else we wouldn’t be having this meeting”...I care enough to be considered for raises/job security etc. I wasn’t tryna go there with personal attacks cause I definitely would’ve been out of a job like an hour ago
