not excited about this week. have to find a place to live by september 1. Starting to stress out a little about it. The rent it too damn high everywhere. How anyone makes 60k a year and could afford a 1 bedroom for $1800 is beyond me.

I made 60k a year paid $2.200 in rent, had a car note $200 car note, credit card pay down monthly of $150, and $700 of monthly student loans. It isn't ideal but it is why the first few years are a struggle. Gotta learn to love the process of becoming great.

Im going through that process. I make 45ish a year but luckily i live with my brother in law so we share rent, i put up 800 but man i wish i had my own home...

Man i have def been there and would say as of now I am mostly out of it. I would be lying if i said im going to really really struggle. When i first graduated college my loan payments were $1100 a month and i was making $35k a year. I moved home and was paying my mom to help out with rent/utilities $500 a month. I was living off $400 a month after my other bills. My checks were bi-weekly at $1175.

But i am moving out of my house in Baltimore which was $600 a person in rent with 3 of us, and now im like yo...its a mess out here with rent prices. Just pushing me closer and closer to buying a home.
