I live by this lady who is not all there. seen her hiding in bushes, going up peoples stairs of their apartment, one time I got home around 1-2 in the morning and as I was walking to the pad I get this feeling that someone was looking at me, I turn around and straight out a movie see her standing in the dark between cars staring at me huffing and puffing. one night I heard screaming and I look out my window and she's right by the steps that leads to where I live.
anyways, the lady that runs these apartments gave my mom a heads up about an hour ago that they have asked that lady to move and she went on a crazy tip and threatened to burn this place down and for us to be cautious. I live in the building next to her
