Sprained my ankle Wednesday night

I had to let it heal all day yesterday

I couldn’t walk at all

So if I soak my hands in my tub for 10 min, scrape my hands/feet with that scraper, I'll be good?
Do you know of anyone who has used it for their hand calluses?

Lastly, do you know of anything that actually removes calluses or will I just have have to keep repeating this process?

you'll be fine. you'll know you're ready when you KNOW you can scrape that **** off.
i sometimes use it for hand calluses.
honey, that's skin regrowing you'll have to repeat the process every few days probs.
oh and remember to MOISTURIZE when you're done scraping

lotion should be fine. even better, you can apply a thin coat of aquaphor/vaseline.
