Ok I just got back from an interview and I well except for this one question. "Give an example of a time that you had to do something that you thought was wrong? How did you handle it?" My answer was alright, but what would you have said?

"One time I was dealing with a very argumentative customer who was causing a scene in our store because he was unhappy with our stores return policy. I told him to get the **** out and made a note of the time and sent the video of him to everyone in our district letting them know about him. In retrospect, I should of just made him happy and returned the item."
