yeah stone has two other mustards which are cali belgique and the sublimely self righteous. stone is good 'beginning' craft beer but there's so much better stuff out there IMO. i think i read you are from SD. man, you're lucky

Tried Rogue beer, from Oregon I think? That stuffs pretty good.

yeah the food is good but definitely not worth the price. i've just been getting over stone. when i first got into the craft beer, i thought stone was god but now it's alright

honestly, it just really depends on what type of beer you like (ipa, belgian, barelywine) but here are some good breweries

karl strauss, green flash, ballast point, coronado, mission, iron fist, lost abbey, mother earth, pizza port, port brewing, the bruery,

those are the socal ones off the top of my head. there are a lot of norcal ones as well i don't want to get too into it since i know there is a beer thread
