I think it's just that we've gotten used to each other rather than being cool with each other.

Not everyone is going to like each other...we can be respectful of each other atleast...nothing is going to be resolved by calling someone out just because you find them annoying like what Hennesy did...they will still continue posting and they will still be annoying to you...

The point is to at least try to commuicate why said person feels said way about said person.

Maybe said person can tone it down or maybe they aren't even aware.

I didn't say to air out the people you hate. 

The people I "aired" out, I don't even hate.

I just noticed things about them that make me wonder "why do they do that?"

It doesn't really matter to me if nothing is "resolved." I don't expect it to be.
