Reading over case notes of a co worker....there are documentation errors all over the map. Not to mention grammatical errors. I's are not capitalized. Straight lazy work. She has a Master's degree. Just.....

Annnnnnd October starts off where the worst month of 2013 left off. The lack of respect for me is unbelievable.
13 months ago I interviewed for a job in a different department and just yesterday they announced who got it... It wasn't me. That's cool you can't always get the job but it's the way they went about my entire submission.
From the jump they were just finding reasons not to give it to me. First they said that you had to be there a year and I interviewed at 11.5 weeks. Then they said you wouldn't be able to get the job unless you had the license, told them I would pass it and did and they said "ok" then yesterday they just give the job to someone who isn't even licensed and failed the test a few times already. I didn't even get a rejection letter. No feedback no nothing
There's other stuff but the feds may be watching

Dealt with something similar at my job. They gave the position I was supposed to get to some other guy who had been there longer but wasn't as qualified. I think they passed up on me because I was in school and felt like I had options if I wanted to leave.

I work in Brokerage operations for peoples investment accounts. IRAs 401(k)s and the like.
Basically what happened here, but the person whos been here longer doesnt even had the licenses which are supposedly "required for the job" It says that in the job description and sometimes they'll give you a six month window to pass them but I hope to not be here long enough to find out what they do here. I wish they would have just been straight with me instead of stringing me along for 13 weeks like its funny.
