Building isn't as bad as you'd think... You could even do a pre-fab house where they ship it on big *** trucks in sections and assemble on site.Good luck, I couldn't imagine the expenses into building a houseLol I'd love to build... Buying one / maintaining one is crazy as is.
But my step-dad is a job manager for a construction company so if I do build he'd be able to get good prices on materials and work since he knows people who can do all facets of building.

Same here. I'm putting off the haircut because my barber doesn't know how to maintain and hold the line. So i'm letting it grow and decide whether I wanna do it myself or find a new barber. Oil change this weekend though, might do that myself.
