just talked to my good friend and we might start a business venture together. thinking about a restaurant but im throwing ideas at her and shes throwing her ideas. now its time to acquire some capital and we good

no dambs given if i have this business and i work 70+ hours. dont care if i dont get overtime or what not cause the sustainability and success of my business would be at the top of my priorities.

I'd love to do this too- maybe move out to Cali or something...... we could all go in on something and each put together the capital (say.... 5 grand each)

True, i'm just throwing it out there- no concrete business plan, just some thoughts. I could go for a change of scenery and light a fire under my ***

@ Andy- im talking along with a business loan, just some up-front capital

im thinking my start up costs would be between 100-250k. i dont care if my business is a failure as long as i get my money back from it. (its happened to me a few times where all my work made my money back) its not bad because i learned from my experience from start to finish and il be better equipped for the next business venture.

just like in investing in the stock market. im 22, i can afford a couple of Ls at my age.

the markets are tight in lending now. banks have the excuse of a bad economy to not lend. they might use my age as an excuse too. so im thinking of every possible hedge in my way to get what i want.
