caught a dui last year too. my ticket was only 250. got my license revoked for a year though because i refused to blow. along with that gross misdemeanor and a week in jail. i thought you were supposed to refuse. smh if i knew all that went along with refusing i would have just blew in the damn thing and maybe not even got a dui. i didn't get pulled over for a dui. i was getting a tow and a nosey *** cop pulled up and said he smelled alcohol.

nah, don't refuse if you get pulled over again. (knock on wood) as long as you are under .2 it's all the same charge. if you're anywhere near .2 you're a damn idiot. 
not blowing is what i was told to do if i ever got pulled over too. i never actually bothered to look up the laws. if i'd have blown i would have had a 30 day suspension and been out of jail in a few hours. not to mention i wouldn't have had to fight to get it dropped down from a gross to just a misdemeanor.
