Moved to a new city and am staying with fam for a bit. Found an ideal spot, but still mulling over should i stay with the fam longer and stack, or jump on this spot which I won't find comparable 6 months from now even with more dough. Fam of course doesn't want me to leave. Choices.

imo math and economics dont mix. a hard science mixed with soft science= lots of room for manipulation

they have to make it ridiculously complex for no good reason JUST to tell others and politicians what to do. then the masses wont bother with it cause they dont understand it. jamie dimon was on davos telling people that they dont have to learn how complex these financial instruments are and he rationalized it with how complex an airplane is but you guys still use it to fly to places.
