Just hit me that there's probably a dozen + "Denzel drinking gifs", from Flight to Training Day, Man On Fire etc.
The studios want us to be alcoholics by purposely portraying our greats drinking heavily.

That alternate reality is not where we are, so I can't answer that in completely good faith.
However, 'more likely'? I can say I'd be more likely to be... 'ok with'... grabbing a sammich & lemonade from there a couple times a year.
