the thread about nothing...

Im doing No Smoke November and no lemonade. The weed ain’t a problem….it’s the damn sugar. I don’t even drink soda and be thinking about going to get a can soda. :{

Coworker stopped drinking soda and the pounds or just coming off him no lie

All that sugar you take in really adds up. I used to drink a whole 2-liter in a day myself. This was during my early 20s and it didn’t matter due to me playing basketball for hours each day. The problem came after I stopped doing sports but kept the ridiculous drinking habit.

Problem is some folks don't know how to drink soda in moderation. I don't stock it at home. I buy a couple of Mexican bottle cokes on the weekend. Just to quench the craving. When I'm out grocery shopping, I see folks stack up the 24 packs in their cart. I think, damn, that's a lot of soda. Even some of the stories you hear, the crazy amount of cans some people throw back in a day.

Absolutely. I’m glad this new generation of kids don’t take in as much soda. I’m always seeing them with water bottles so that’s great.

My weakness is Milo’s sweet tea and Arizona
Arizona is probably the only one I’ll buy a pack off
