Anyone have a smart thermostat? I see the Nest ones are on sale for $179 or $99. Also a Honeywell one is $99. Any opinions on any of these?

Spent the weekend in Yosemite. Didn't have cellular service for the most part and it was great to get away from reality. But once back to civilization, read the news on all the looting in the Bay Area and chaos around the country

Beautiful pictures & scenery man. Yosemite is def on the list to visit someday. Totally agree & feel the same way about escaping to nowhere. I get so sick & tired of nyc life sometimes. felt like the inside of your chest has some hot sauce or acid on it, really burning and painful. it gets worse when eating hot food or liquid. had hot soup and hot tea for lunch which made the experience like I was torturing myself. it's a bit better now but still experiencing burping.

Once I turned 30, acid reflux/heartburn became a regular occurrence. Always keep some tums at home, in my car, and at work.

I had bad heartburn as a kid growing up. Mom would buy tons of Tums and Mylanta.
But randomly stopped happening as I got older.

I have a Honeywell Thermostat that came with the house. It’s nice to be able to turn on the heater before I get home to warm the house up or turn the upstairs heater on so that my wife can hit the shower without freezing her **** off. Don’t really do much else than that with it. It’s a simple thermostat that’s connected to the house wifi.
