this is why I stopped giving 100% effort at work. I remember a certain proverb given to me by my cousin more than a decade ago. it said, you can be the most successful individual at work but once you pass away, your equivalent would only be a bouquet of flowers and they move on to your next successor. while investing your time with your family, they would remember you and your legacy. For the last 5 years, 9 out of 12 months i have worked on average 50 hours per week.
For the last 3 years, I've been consistently told that I work much harder and put in more effort than the person who previously had my position.
And when it came time to reward the hard work and effort displayed via a promotion that was directly related to my current position, they hired someone from the outside.
I'm all the way in my feelings.
I dont think I can keep working there beyond the immediate future.
some men look better with a beard. I don't. women approach me more when I'm shaved and have a nice haircut.
I remember the movie, it's a very funny one, I think all the " Robin is gay " thing is due to this TV show and this movie, because other appearances of Robin nothing special...
edit
When women prefer you with beard, does that mean you're ugly as possible ?
Like when women always complimenting on only the same aspect every time like if the rest was terrible
True, only 2/5 minutes in the morning when you work, and when you don't work just don't need to know
I have more success with a shaved head, and some women told me I was better with beard toosome men look better with a beard. I don't. women approach me more when I'm shaved and have a nice haircut.

That's how it was at my last job. I'm hoping for better luck at my new one. One manager said they're going to recommend me for a manager position whenever one opens up, the GM said she doesn't think I have the personality to become a manager though. For the last 5 years, 9 out of 12 months i have worked on average 50 hours per week.

Same here. Just recently grew a beard in the last couple of years. The sideburns don't fully connect to the goatee, but it's close enough.I've been rocking a goatee since high school. I shaved my face handful of times and didn't like it each time.
Pops told me a long time ago not to put a razor to my face. He ****** his face up. Imma follow that advice.Use a safety razor.
Blades are cheap as hell
I normally do but when it’s important I set an alarm to make sure I don’t miss it
No idea what I was trying to remember
