I'm late AF but started watching The Wire. I didn't watch it when it came out and I couldn't catch up to it because the show is an hour long and didn't have the time to keep up.
I'm at season 2 episode 4 and I'm not crazy about this second season compared to the first one. Are the seasons after 1 really as good as people say or will I be disappointed?

Yes season 2 legit was not good to me either. The whole docks thing was boring. But it picks right back up in season 3. You almost can skip all of season 2 and not miss much (IMO)

Season 2 is much better when you watch the show a second time around. When you are watching the first time through, it’s just a significant difference from Season 1, and not what you are expecting.
Skipping it would be a really bad idea, IMO.

Alot of companies are preparing for a recession. The company I work for sold one of their warehouses to pay off 50% of their debt 4 months prior to the RONA. this might be the norm for the next year.
