i still havent left feedback for a sampler i bought last year, i was just glad i got it and didnt get ripped off, plus dude took a long time, gave me excuses about having to get his car fixed n whatever..Why do buyers REFUSE to leave you feedback on ebay/amazon?

there is no benefit to the buyer to leave feedback, so they don't. if ebay brought back buyer feedback, or wouldn't let you buy something til you left feedback on last transaction. that would change things a lil bit.
