i'm ashamed to say I have been sleeping on gucci mane...that mofo goes hard! At first I thought that he was 'challenged', but he's actually pretty good.

i havent heard any of his new stuff but i loved the older stuff Gucci did, people hated on me for listening to him but then he kinda blew up and people all over were liking his stuff :lol

^ I'm the same way- it usually consists of a couple beers or a few rips from the vape or water. But there are other ways to do it, theres some good hot tea that can help, valerian root and melatonin for supplements, and really just wearing yourself out through the day (i work out a lot more and play more basketball in that period). I prefer not having to do it, but in all honesty- its for the best

Good advice. Hot tea sounds like it could help.
Cigarettes is another story...
