Ok, so I called that boy’s mother and she picks up like “who this??”
I tell her I found her son’s phone in my mom’s front yard and I’m just trying to return it to the owner.
She starts asking me where I live and I’m not trying to tel her a specific address cause that chocolate thunder bathtub pic got me. End up telling her the city and street and she’s like “ooooh, that’s where his aunty stays. You live by the red Mercedes??“
“No, I have no idea about a red Mercedes.“
I tell her I’m not home right now and I can’t return the phone yet (in reality because I just got done with my shift and I’m going to get me my sleeps before I proceed any further with this fiasco). I then ask her what time would she like me to contact her so they can pick up the phone.
“Oh, anytime. Anytime. Give me a call whenever so we can pick up my son’s phone or you can drop it off.”
Tf. I’m already going out of my way doing all this and she expects me to go drop the **** off. Hell to the nah. I watch movies, b. And with that pic he sent Sarah, I’m not finna end up like Ving Rhames in Pulp Fiction, breh.
I respond, “Ok, yeah. I’ll definitely call you guys to let you know when and where you can pick up the phone.”
Now I’m contemplating on how to return this. I don’t want to meet them or have them come to any address where me or family members reside.
Should I leave it in a bag somewhere and give them a time and location to pick it up like a drug meet?
just meet them at a Starbucks or something neutral .
