anyone ever go through caffeine withdrawal while working? Im close to 400 mg a day and wanna stop completely. I dont wanna start acting all tired and weird around the owner/coworkers though. It a small company too

Addictions are mental as well as physical. Bring decaf grind and mix it with caffeinated grind in one bag. Use that to make your coffee and start working your way toward decaf. Or just go cold turkey starting on a Friday morning and you’ll be through the worst of it by end of day Sunday.
