It didn't hit me that you're really leaving until I saw your empty desk. It feels like yesterday when I joined the firm and was introduced to you. Over the past two years, you weren't only a great coworker, but a great colleague. As much time as we've spent at the firm, people like you made (redacted) what it was; I can't imagine this place without your laugh and smile. This is a truly bittersweet moment. It saddens me to bid you farewell, but I'm genuinely happy and excited for what the next chapter of your life has in store for you. It was truly a pleasure working by your side. All the best.
