Idk... I drove 17 miles in long island just now for some halal guys and got there in 20 minutes

A similar 17 mile trip into Manhattan would be over an hr commitment..including finding parking.

I'm ready to get off the road lol

Idk about 2025 but whenever flying car services become a reality it'll be a game changer for so many ppl. It'll drive manhattan real estate and conventional car costs down.

Uber actually says they'd want their uber air services to be unmanned but idk if I trust self driving machines on the ground yet, let alone in the air

They can't just drop you off anywhere

They plan on building skyports on select rooftops and go from there. The Uber will only be able to drop you at these skyports. There will probably be GPS navigation that helps take you there.

So maybe there'll only be like say, five or ten skyports the first year, and only in the big cities ... And then if it's successful they'll roll out more

They need to do this underground. If there's a risk of flying cars crashing down, I might as well move to a third world country so that I have a better chance to stay alive.
