It‘s crazy tasty!! Use to go to this hole in the wall before the owner passed away (r.i.p)...made THE BEST shrimp and lobster sauce ever!! And dried fried ribs.

I'm not sure what cut they use in the restaurants. But at home, I'll use either skirt steak, rib eye, or even chuck roast.
