Hell no I wouldn’t do it. He got a raise when he’s go the temp job in December so he went to home buying. He’s relying essentially on his girl to finish nursing school this year to help out with the bills but who knows how that situation is gonna go with the fighting they did at times in the apartment.

Can't put faith in these broads. Sounds like he's it's gonna backfire on him. Cause Damm sure I know owning a house isn't easy. Still got a lot of overhead expenses you'll need to take care of, especially if an emergency happens. with 130k I would gotten a condo some where in Miami. Not no Damm house.

Oh man, I have aunt in Maryland who and her husband brought a crazy big home. She's a nurse and the husband was engineer. The husband dipped on her went back to Nigeria for good and left her with the child and the house. from what my mom told me she was breaking her back to make those mortgage payments. Only with the will of God she was able to sustain herself.

In grad school I've actually met quite a few nurses who are still living with their parents.
They're the same as me where I'm not planning on moving out until I graduate, find a job as a practitioner and get a significant pay raise.

It's cause you live in nyc. Read NYT article or some blog about native ny'ers are leaving the city for urban areas or suburban areas in North south or southwest states of america. Where they actually live comfortable and still have great paying job/career.

In a past life this dude I was cool with owed me some bread. Kept tryna give me the run around, found out he got a bag from some settlement and was throwing a party. I didnt even drink or smoke but all those bottles and green....that was mine. That was my paper, I snapped and dude paid me but kept saying he was $80 short. Told him "dont worry", got rid of him for cheap word to Sonny from A Bronx Tale.
That ain't your friend. Cut him off. $50 ain't ****, especially between "friends"
