Pretty sure I have a sinus infection. I've been popping all types of pills and they caused some relief. I've had this pain before but it usually passes after a couple of days. This one is lingering so I moved on to some natural remedies. Tried a neti pot and it seems to work well but the pain comes back. Saw a recipe online that included apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, honey, and a lemon and they swear it will cure it. Mess wasn't easy to drink the pepper was the strongest flavor. I drank most of it, we'll see in the morning if it works.
