Fam, it's unreal out here. I wanted to go to the main mall, but it was just too far and I wouldn't have had time to make it back on time. They say it is the world's largest mall, I wanted to see that, and I will when I come back . They say they have whatever it is called where penguins live in that mall and they could be petted, I'm not for any of that, but I will post pictures for sure when I come back. The mall I was in today wasn't bad at all though, they had all of the high end stores that you would see in the Galleria, it was pretty chill.
I tried to get to the bottom of "Operation Thot Hot-plate" you know, for the culture, so when our driver came to get us I chatted him up a bit and asked him about it and he laughed and said it was mostly foreigners who will fly the American "Thot Hot-plate" recipients out here to do all that weird **** to, but some ultra rich locals do it too, but mainly with Russians, and there were a few out today, but none I would want to finance to come out here just to be pooped on. He told me where some nice spots were, but again too far out and not enough time.

yea, don't do that! They have strict Muslim sharia laws their. It can get you thrown in jail or even worse killed or be thrown/banished out the country for good.
Dubai is clearly ahead in civilization compared to any high level city or country. I would love to move out there or just have a condo for vcay.

That is true, very true, extremely true. I remember being out here back in 2012 when I stationed on a carrier, that was the longest brief I had ever had about the do's and the dont's over in this area. Like, you couldn't even look at the women wrong over here. It's even worse in the country I'm stationed at now.

Work, US Navy, enlisted, almost 18 years in. As far as vacay though I think I will come back but bring my fam with me because describing how cool some of these places are doesn't do these places justice.

It does fam, I was thinking that the first day I was able to get out, I was like the route that we were taking reminded of driving through down town Austin. The only difference is its nothing to see all sorts of fancy cars as taxis/ubers. Over in this region seeing Maybachs is almost like seeing regular Benzs in the states. It's like that in the country that I'm stationed in too, but not quite at the level of this.

Thanks for giving me the validation, I know what I’m taking about. I worked for a boutique travel agency doing some IT work. When I to do the hotels in duabi, man those hotels were expensive as hell. But you were getting treated like king just for staying a for week in them places . Just follow Dubai sharia laws and you should be fine.
Thier is definitely a red light district in Dubai but in sure your gotta have a plug for that type of scene or enjoyment. It won’t be put out in the public for the whole country would see. They will kill u. Dubai people got money and they are willing to share but not all of it. I’ll be out there if thier are IT jobs out there. But not right now I’m good here in the ol USA!
