Why does everyone say season 2 of the wire sucks?

Guess yall never really took it in like that. Season 2 was good and very important.

Season 2 was solid but when it first came on alot of people felt like it came out of nowhere. I also couldn't stand Ziggy. 4s my favorite for obvious reasons. I was in high school when that was airing and it hit close to home a few times. Best part was a few people I knew were extras on some of the episodes. Gave my cousin 300 bucks to walk in a hallway
