Ordering from a secret menu, no matter what the place, is annoying sometimes because some employees don't even know what you're talking about

We were faced with this when we tried to order from the Shake Shack secret menu. It was some kind of burger with peanut butter sauce and other stuff and at each location the employees looked at us like we had three heads
