yea fam you should give it a try. Flounder fishing just opened up here i believe last week which is pretty fun to fish for and awesome to eat

Update on my pops... Hes alright but hes suffering from high blood pressure. Funny thing is i ordered some papa johns last night. Got tuscan six cheese - cheese sticks and chicken poppers and a hour or two after eating i went to bed and i felt my heart palputating like crazy. So now i gotta change up my eating habits. Been drinking nothing but water for the past 2 weeks but its more to it i gotta do.

You active? Could be anything from jogging to hooping. Even a couple times a week dont gotta be everyday (unless you want lol). Gotta balance the good and bad

thank you bro, and nah im not active at all right now last time i was active was when i was playing football freshman year of HS and last time i was in the gym was junior year of HS but i need get back into active mode for this summer. And im still in the process of finding a new job right now so maybe then i can be somewhat active until i get back to pumping iron. And Thanks for the advice my bro

Good to hear he's alright. High blood pressure can be kept under control through diet and/or HBP medication, depends on the cause of the high blood pressure. My mom's is stress related for example and her medication (bisoprolol) keeps it under control without any issues.

Along with drinking a lot of water I'd suggest picking up some form of exercise like ahat20 said. You can try out some activities like jogging, basketball, football, soccer, cycling, weightlifting, ...

See what works best for you and don't push yourself too far beyond your current capabilities. Exceeding your physical limits isn't healthy either. Personally I would recommend cycling if you're looking to burn calories and improve your condition a bit. It's the least strenuous on your body out of the above and it burns a decent amount of calories for time spent. It's also quite fun, at least in my opinion.

thank you my brother, my dads is also from stress along with a pour diet. And yeah i feel like i should start off with more cardio excersises before i get to gym workouts. thank you for the suggestions.
 
Yea I second that ^ cycling

I been playing bball for over 15 years, my knees are COOKED, such an addicting sport, ymmv though

Running also puts a lot of impact on your knees and not as fun as biking...biking you feel like you can go anywhere (unless you're on a stationary bike :lol)

i used to watch this back in 2013 alone i remember the one dude with the El Camino passed away. Fast N Loud was my ****nit tho.
